The River Ranch Lodge staff prides itself on warm hospitality and personal service. From the creativity and expertise of our professional Banquet Coordinator to our talented and innovative Chef, your party will receive the special attention it deserves.
There are two spaces for private parties, each unique and offer a special experience. The patio at the River Ranch Lodge is available for larger groups and the Fireplace Room is perfect for smaller parties.

The Riverside Patio
The River Ranch Lodge patio is spacious and picturesque as it overlooks the beautiful Truckee River with pine tree covered mountains as the backdrop. The patio is available during the months of May, June, September and October for parties up to 175 guests. We also welcome evening dinner parties during the summer up to 50 guests.

The Fireplace Room
For a more intimate setting, our Fireplace Room, featuring a beautiful river rock fireplace provides a warm and festive atmosphere for private dinner parties. It can accommodate groups up to 50 guests. Availability during the winter months is limited, so call today for date inquiries.
SPECIAL EVENT SERVICES
Our Banquet Coordinator will assist you in selecting the perfect menu to suit your needs and can provide referrals for the areas best florists, musicians, photographers and other vendors.

WEDDING AND BANQUET INFORMATION

$1750 for a wedding ceremony and reception

Set up Fee:

$2.00 per person and includes tables, chairs, head table, cake, gift and guest book tables, table for d.j., white table linens, napkins, plates, silver and glassware. Special linen may be ordered at an additional cost.

Cake Cutting Fee:

$1.00 per person.
|

Tax and Service Charge:
|
All Food and Beverage is subject to a 20% service charge and the entire bill is subject to 7.25% sales tax.

Food & Beverage:
|
The River Ranch provides all Food & Beverage and does not allow any outside catering. We offer buffet menus for parties over 30 guests and sit down menus for smaller parties. Menus range from $29-$49 per person. Menu items and prices subject to change.

Beverages/Bar:
| The River Ranch provides all beverages including wine and champagne. There is a $20 per hour bartender fee for a private bar. We can provide a hosted bar with well or premium alcohol or a non-hosted (cash) bar or a combination of the two. A selection of red and white wine may be made from our wine list. The wine list is subect to change and wine is billed by the bottle.

Outside Rentals:

All rental items will be billed at actual cost plus a 20% service charge.

Decorations:
|
You are welcome to bring your own decorations; however all decorations must be discussed with the Banquet Coordinator prior to the event.

We have a referral list of local vendors we have had the pleasure of working with and can highly recommend.

Event Specifications:
|
An Event Order confirming all food and beverage and other details must be signed prior to the function.
|
|
Contracts:
|
A contract must be signed to confirm the event date.
|
|
Deposits:
|
A $2000 non-refundable deposit is required with signed contract. 50% of the estimated final bill is due 2 months prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable and apply to your final bill.

Payment:
|
Payments are due in full on the day of the event, after its completion. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Personal checks are not accepted as final payment.
