Lake Tahoe/Truckee - River Ranch Lodge & Restaurant - Banquets/Large Parties

For an intimate setting the River Ranch's Fireplace Room, featuring a beautiful river rock fireplace, provides a warm and festive atmosphere for private dinner parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, family reunions, company parties and holiday festivities.

The Fireplace Room is a cozy room where private or semi private parties That can accommodate up to 50 guests at 5 tables of 10.

The tables are set with white table linen and napkins with hurricane candles; however, special centerpieces, table decor, favors, and place cards are welcome.

A special menu is available for large groups of 20-50 guests.

The River Ranch provides small printed menus at each place setting with the personalized name of the event/dinner on the menu.

Appetizers are available and served at the tables once guests are seated.

The guests are served the same salad and dessert and they have a choice of three entrees based on your selection. The guests may make their entrée selection at the time of dinner-no counts needed ahead of time. Arrangements in advance may be made for special dietary

The River Ranch bar is available for guest to gather prior to being seated for dinner, and cocktail service is available during dinner.

All menu items and prices are subject to change. There is a $20 service fee and 7.25% sales tax charged to the final bill. Payment is due at the conclusion of the event in the form of cash or credit card. Checks are no accepted as final payment.

The River Ranch has an extensive wine list available. The bottles are opened as needed and billed by the bottle. The wine list is subject to change. Large groups are not allowed to provide their own wine.

*There is a $250 fee for rental of the entire room for a private party.
